Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personalised nature of a keepsake item we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged in any way please contact us within 14 days to discuss.

 

Due to the priceless value of your loved ones precious clothing items please ensure that all items are sent via the most secure method possible. We cannot be held responsible for any items that become lost in the postal system.

 

All completed keepsake items will be securely packaged and returned to you via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service. All costs of using this service will be added to the total cost of your keepsake.
